Chenoa and David are real-estate investing experts and the stars of HGTV’s Rustic Rehab, Paradise. They share a passion for transforming neglected houses into beautiful homes ultimately enhancing neighborhoods and communities.

Chenoa and David met as students at California State University, Chico where David studied event planning and tourism and Chenoa was a business and marketing major. They purchased their first investment property (a foreclosed, half-finished house in Paradise) in 2012 and live there still with their four children and dog.

David takes charge of the developer/construction side of projects while Chenoa, a licensed real estate agent, handles the decor and purchasing and selling of properties. Their experience is diverse and they have built a team of exceptional and reputable local contractors, suppliers and real estate professionals. They choose to use alternative building products, quality materials and restore original elements when possible.

Family is most important to this entreprenurial duo which is why they love to design places where families can create memories and build legacies.
